I am new and I want to teach my little brother programming. I, myself, don't know much. I know a little Qbasic. I want to know that is BASIC-256's syntax same as Qbasic or there's some difference. If there's some difference can you show some main points?

They are different concepts.

Qbasic was very good at the time.

Basic-256, is present, small, fast, compatible to 95% + -.

Basic-256, has no QBasic options, and can make other applications or the same with other more advanced concepts...

Some advantages of Basic-256 on Qbasic:
Sprites, better graphics, voice, sound, Internet, Colors, Word Processing, Databases, New concepts in Arrays (DIM's), mouse handling, etc, etc ...

If you know Qbasic program, then you know-256 Basic programming, simple.
