Release of 1.1.3.0 - Breakpoints and a few other things (Release Announcements)

I just finished uploading 1.1.3.0 to Sourceforge. It includes breakpoints and several other minor tweaks.

Click on a line number (to the left) to set or unset breakpoints, then "> Debug" ">*" Run To to start debug execution. You can even add or remove a break-point while the program is executing.

Open up the "View / Variable Watch Window" when in debugging to see your variables change as execution happens.

There is a new setting on "Edit / Preferences / User Tab" to slow "Run to" execution down so that the code can be truly watched as it runs to the next breakpoint or to the "end".

Several ICONS and sound files have been updated or replaced to insure that the entire project qualifies under the Debian licensing guidelines.

The off-line documentation has also been updated and cleaned up to make it smaller and more current.

Let me know what you think.
Jim
