Compile to EXE function (New Features)

In the 70-80s, most BASIC interpreters or compilers turned the commands into byte codes and stored the bytes in the memory. And there were compilers that compiled the bytes into Assembler.
You can store the bytes in a file and make a very small interpreter that reads the bytes and executes them. Or you can compile the bytes into .exe commands(or similarly).
